Product Try CPlanner Help Beta Testing Download About us

Where is data stored during the beta test?

CPlanner works connected to USDA centralized data sources:

  • The National Conservation Planning Database, which stores Customer folders with corresponding conservation practices and land units boundaries.

  • Documents stored in the Field Office CRM Sharepoint Database.

This information is accessed by the TSP using GeoAgro CPlanner, and by the District Conservationist/State Offices using the Customer Service Toolkit and a Sharepoint Interface.
For Beta testing purposes, data will be stored in a copy of the NCPDB for testing. After successful completion of this phase, data will be accessible in the production NCPDB currently used by Customer Service Toolkit users.
