Product Try CPlanner Help Beta Testing Download About us

Where do I see the Documents uploaded by the TSP?

When the TSP uploads a file using CPlanner it gets stored in NRCS ITC new SharePoint website. It is not stored in the customer folder that Toolkit retrieves when a folder is checked out. To view the file you have to use a web browser and go to the FOCRM SharePoint website where you can download the file.

For instance, the URL of the site for Hardin Co. Iowa is http://nrcscrmsp.tc.sc.egov.usda.gov/ia/hardin.

The website still needs a little more work to make it more users friendly, so I will walk you through the steps needed to get to Duane's file:

 1) Once you get past eAuth you should be at your county’s documents website; the following website, http://nrcscrmsp.tc.sc.egov.usda.gov/ia/hardin/default.aspx.

GP1

2) Click "Sites".

GP2

3) Then click "Public Investment". This will take you to the customer "Public Investment’s” website.

GP3

4) Then click "Sites" to see all of the folders that belong to "Public Investment".

GP4

5) Click Dev002------IA002.

GP5

6) Now you are at the folder's website. Click "Shared Documents" to see the folder structure.

GP6

7) Then click "Plan Report" and Duane CNMP document should reside inside.

GP7

8) Voila. You can then click on the document to view or see some other options.
